This is a demonstration for the latest version of the browser based interface for the AccessAble Help Desk Pro Edition. If you are licensed owner, email me and I will send you the latest version (compatible with the AAHD Pro Edition 2007 database). You can install this version on the same server as the 2007 version - just use a different folder - same database connection. This version of the web interface has many changes from earlier versions - including the addition of a "Complete" button to make updating support requests even faster. I will soon be providing on line videos to introduct the new browser interface.

Customers click My Requests to view and submit requests for support: You can Create Your Account to see how the web interface is used by the customer. Use a "real" email address to receive sample emails like your users/customer would receive.

Staff members click Staff Menuto view and update requests and other administration tasks. (use the web login of "admin" and web password of "admin" to try the web based administration interface.
