Customer Interface
The screen below shows a provided customer menu. It has a link to let the customer or end user search the knowledgebase, another link to let a user create their own account and a link to let them view web requests they may have submitted as well as add new requests. You may modify the customer menu to suit your needs. Edit the .html file and the corresponding .asp page will reflect your changes when the page is viewed in the browser. You may, for example, want to remove the link to let a customer create their own account.
The screen below let's your end user view any knowledge base items you have provided. They may search by keyword.
Clicking the Auto ID hyperlink will show the Item Details, as below.
The link to show the end users their submitted requests may look like the screen below:
When they add a new request, they will see a screen like in the next image. NOTE: The Details field is required. They may not add a record without entering something in the Details field.
