A new print button has been added to the problem update screen. This may be preferable to the print button on the requests browse screen. Be sure to save any changes you make to a request before clicking either the Email It (uses SMTP settings) or the Print buttons.
Version 2.57 includes the ability to read email from your Outlook or Outlook Express Inbox folder and create a new request from that email with just one click.
In addition to being able to Add the email you are reading to the Database, you may reply to an email from within this window as well.
The screen below shows the (junk) email above added as a new problem. You may still need to select or add a username, but many may find this email read feature helpful.. NOTE: This is not the same as the SMTP Email sending feature. This only work if Outlook or Outlook Express are your default email program.
Other changes in this version are primarily cosmetic and will be most noticeable on computers running Microsoft Windows XP.
