The links below are ones you may provide to customers or end users.  The first, Create User Account does not require a login and password.  That page is provided if you want the end users to be able to create an account.  The My Requests link let's them view requests they have already submitted and a link is provided to let them add a new request. Finally, you may want to provide a link to let them search and view, but not update, the knowledge base.
