Below are some screen shots from the web interface. The first screen below is a simple page to let your site visitors search any Frequently Asked Questions you may have set up. Unlike most of the pages that search on selected fields, this screen will search for text in either the Question or Answer field.

A web calendar page is provided. Perhaps you would like visitors to see what days you may be on holiday. This page can be used for that purpose.

The most commonly requested web feature is the ability for customers to login and request support or contact the organization, and then be able to check the status of those contacts. The Mycontacts_list.asp page is for that purpose.

The Staffmenu.asp page provides a link to let you easily search your people table, and add new person records.

I have also provided links on the staff menu page to make it easy to update the lookup tables (CompanyNames and Status Codes).

Just at the Mycontacts_list.asp page uses the currently logged in user information to limit a list to only requests or contacts made by that person, the Staffmenu.asp page provides a link to a page for showing the contacts or requests assigned to the currently logged in staff member. This may become the staff member's start page since they don't have to see requests not assigned to them.

Especially if you are a loan ranger support person, or if you are the customer support manager, you may find you use the contacts_list.asp page most of the time. This screen is shown below.

The screen below is used to update contacts or requests. while some organizations may allow customer to submit their own requests, others may want to take phone calls and add the web requests themselves. They may want to migrate slowly to less phone calls and letting the customers add their own requests. By using the screen below, techs can pick out both the Login ID (name is displayed instead of a number) and the customer's name. By doing this (or using the windows app which looks the Login ID up from the UID field automatically) if you later let customers login to the web site with their login name and password, they can see requests entered on their behalf as well as those they enter.
