Help Desk Analyst 2000

Help Desk Analyst 2000 © 1.5 is an affordable, easy to use Help Desk program that will let you quickly record a wide array of information about your users, their hardware and software, and the problems they have with their systems.  Unlike our other Help Desk programs, HDA2000 uses standard .dbf files so that you can easily use third party software to report on data you record.  In addition, you can print a variety of graphical reports for your analysis or inclusion in a monthly report (don't you hate those) that you may have to submit to upper management.

Query and Report wizards make it easy to analyze data that you have entered.

Registration is just $99 per company.  Although the program is network ready, it was actually intended for use by the poor help desk analyst or technician who just needs a full featured program to record computer hardware and software inventory and problems and support requests.

In addition to on-line help, a manual is provided in both HTML and PDF file formats.   I encourage you to print out the manual before you start evaluating the program.
