Please do me a favor when/if you need to email me with a question, problem or comment.  I really don't want my email spam filters to keep me from seeing your email.  In the subject of your email put BTDT 2006 or Been There, Done That! 20, or something similar.  This is much better than no subject line at all - usually not read, or a subject line like "Hi, need help" or "Quick Question".  Send your email to any or all of the email addresses below - they should all come to me, the developer.  However, if one mail server has problems perhaps the other won't. Preferred email address is dbandsons@aol.com - also please visit http://www.dbandsons.com - you may find some helpful information there, and I am hoping to do more with the online forums.  You will need to register - create an account - to post questions or comments on the forum.

I really do want to help if you have problems.  So please give me as much information as possible.  This may include your operating system, any error message, or if on a network, what type of network - Novell, Windows 2000, etc.  Don't feel like you are giving me too much information.  I try to respond to all email within 24 hours, usually just about the time you click send (just kidding, but I do reply as promptly as I can).
