The most significant change in Been There, Done That! 2006 over earlier versions is the ability to view and print a number of charts and graphs. The charts for Problems are initially filtered to the current day and seven days earlier. You can change this date range and then click the Update Chart button to refresh the chart display.
When you right click on the chart area you will see a pop up menu like below:
The copy option puts the graph in the windows clipboard so you can Paste it into other applications. The save as option will let you save the graph as either a bitmap or .png file and the Print Graph menu will print the graph. A Printing button will be displayed while the chart is being printed, please be patient as this can take a little while. The bar graphs may have an option to let you change the graph type to Line or Bar, the default may be called pareto graph. Pie charts do not provide an option to change the chart type.
