AccessAble Help Desk Pro Edition 2007 is a comprehensive application
for IT/Computer Support Staff. The windows based desktop
application provides for easy data entry, reporting and analysis of
user information, support requests, computer, software and peripheral
inventory. Multi-user ready at no additional cost, the program
uses a Microsoft Access format .mdb on the backend. A
comprehensive web interface is also included with your site
license. This allows end users to submit support requests via
browser and login to check the status of their requests. Support
staff may also use the web interface to update requests, or to update
inventory data. This may be especially convenient when at a
remote location setting up a computer, or installing software or
peripherals.
For those organizations that use Microsoft's SQL Server, a Client Server Edition is available.
