As mentioned in the December 2006 Newsletter, AccessAble Help Desk Pro
Edition 2007 is now in Beta. There are a number of changes in
this next version, the first major changes to the database structure
since version 2.0. I am currently in the process of updating the
documentation and will then update the web interface. The beta
test is open only to currently licenced users. If you are a
licenced user of AccessAble Help Desk Pro Edition and have not received
an email, but want to beta test this version, please write to me at
dbandsons@aol.com - but hurry since the beta test period is expected to
be very brief.
