I have just released a new client server edition of QUAD Help
Desk. This new edition is intended for those that want a simple
solution for recording, updating and reporting on Calls from Callers
but want to use Microsoft SQL Server on the back end. QUAD Help
Desk Client Server Edition 2006 is provided with two setups: One
is for those that don't care about user logins and procedure security
while the other is for those that do want features like QUAD Help Desk
Pro Editon but with the robust MS SQL Server 2005 back end.
Tested with the free MS SQL Server 2005 Express Edition, this edition
may be just what you need.
