I have just uploaded a new version of Michael's Generic Customer
Support and believe this is a major improvement. While the
program still consists of a 32 bit compiled windows executable, browser
based application for use on Microsoft IIS, and still have a simple
Pocket PC applet, the new version is not so "boring" to look at
it. While still aimed at those who want a simple - and affordable
program for one or more users to record, update and report on customers
and calls (or contacts) this new version includes new Styles to jazz up
the windows interface, improved importing features, and now also allows
for recording the time of a call, and much more.
To encourage new visitors to the site who may be looking for a generic
customer support program, I will be making the program available at a
big discount for the first couple of weeks in April ($200 off making
your license cost just $149) then later a smaller $100 off discount in
order to see if the new version is as much improved as Michael and I
think it it is.
