I released SRM Help Desk 2005, the most significant upgrade since 2000,
but sales of that program still lag well behind AccessAble Help Desk
Pro Edition. Hmm.? It may be that I will consider a priced
decrease in 2006 for this product, or maybe a temporary discount to see
if this make a difference. I welcome comments from any who have
tried SRM Help Desk 2005 and have suggesions on how I might improve it
next year.
