I have been so pleased with the new web server provided for Been There,
Done That! 2006 as a separate add-on that I am finally going to be
replacing the web server for Problem Solved! with one very similar to
Been There, Done That! This will be included in the site license price
for Problem Solved! 2007 - and a free version upgrade to licensed users
of Problem Solved! as of the next release. The site license price
will go up to $249 with the next "model" year of Problem Solved!
There will be some changes to the structure of the database as
well. For example, I will be adding the overlooked
Operating System field to the computers table. As far as usabilty
improvements - I will be adding a field to the Problems Table to allow
for "looking up" common solutions rather than typing in the same old
"reset password" or "format hard drive and reinstall". In
addition, a related Problem History table will be added. Since
not all problems are "solved" at the first attempt, this may allow
those that need to record subsequent efforts to solve a problem, or
whatever else they may want to track about a problem's history.
Is there something you would like to see added of changed for the next
version of Problem Solved!? If you register you can post a reply on
this forum - I will try to check periodically. Or just email me

I may not include your suggestions - but I will at least consider them.
