I have finished the latest upgrade to Problem Solved! - version 2006 is
now available and includes a number of improvements. Integrated
charts are now included. Also, a button is now provided on the
update problems screen to let you quickly send an email to the
requestor as you update problems.
The next version will include changes to the database structure.
Top of the list is the addition of an Operating System field for the
computers table. I don't expect to release a new version until
sometime in 2007, but I think "this year's model" is the best version
ever. I hope my current users will agree and that many will
finally make the move from earlier versions. I have heard
recently from users who were still on version 3.0 - but maybe now they
will take advantage of the free upgrade to licensed users.
