I am busy at work on the next version of AccessAble Help Desk Pro
Edition - version 2007 - will include many changes, some of them to the
database structure. For example, a Problem History table will be
linked to the Problem Table to record any additional action on a
problem or request. A Common Solutions table has been added to
speed up data entry when a frequently used solution - such as Reset
Password, or Install and Test - may be available.
I have emailed many currently licensed users to solicit their
input. However, even if you have not purchased a license (yet)
