Hello,
we are planning to buy this software within the next 24 hours; however we are having trouble setting up the SMTP e-mail. I followed your help instructions, however I get the following error whenever I try to send
" the following SMTP error occurred: AUTH LOGIN Error-> response: 504 5.3.3 AUTH mechanism LOGIN not available."
What does this error mean? This is a very big issue with us, as it would be extremely convenient to be able to e-mail users about a helpdesk issue directly from this program. Any help would be appreciated

Hi Aminah, I am glad to have learned by your private email that you have the SMTP issue resolved by leaving the AUTH Login and Password blank.
