Hi,

Receiving this error when I try to login to AAHD Pro through a browser. Can access database fine through the program. Just errors out in the web program.

In the past I had not problem accessing from the web but have not try web access for quite some time. Tried today and this error comes up.

ADODB.Connection (0xE7A)
Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed.

Hi John, check the connection string in the common.asp file. I know you go back a few versions with AAHD Pro and in the latest web pages the connection string is a little bit different. If you still have problems, let me know and send me a copy of your common.asp file to dbandsons@aol.com and I will take a look. You may also want to be sure you have the latest MDAC on your web server, I think version 2.8 is latest.

Thanks Dennis, I installed the latest version of MDAC and also installed Jet 4.0 SP 8 and it worked. Also the fix you sent me for the descending sort order for requests in AAHD Pro 2.59 worked. Take Care, John
