I have just released - or maybe I should say "unleashed" a major upgrade to Michael's Generic Customer Support. Still generic since it is not for IT or Computer User support, this version may be hopefully a little more visually appealing. Does this still look boring Michael? :-) In order to see if lower pricing will increase sales for this program, named after my youngest son, I have set up discount codes.
