I continue to be pleased with sales for QUAD Help Desk 2.9 and the QUAD Help Desk Pro Edition as well.
The next version will likely add integrated charts and graphs, backup
and restore utility and some minor GUI changes. For some reason,
this program sells better in the United Kingdom than any of our other
programs. Maybe there is something about it that appeals to those
in England, Ireland, etc. If so, I would love to hear from you.
