I have recently completed a long overdue upgrade to Proactive Customer
Support. While there are many changes to the windows interface,
this is the first of my programs with a web interface where I have
provided the web pages in the newer .aspx format as opposed to
"classic" .asp pages. I have not yet had any particular requests
to update the web page formats for my other programs, but I suspect
that more and more organizations will be wanting to get the web pages
in this new ASP .NET format.
